Meetings

All are welcomed to attend.

Meetings are usually held on the 1st Thursday of every month at 6:00PM at Raven’s Ring (12150 Industry Way). Any changes to meeting time/location will be announced on Instagram and Facebook, so please follow those for up to date information. The meetings last about an hour and consist of reports from each committee chair, the Principal, Treasurer, Student and Teacher Rep and the President. This meeting is where decisions on how to allocate PTSO funds to the various budget items. The executive board plus committee chairs vote on all proposals.
