Meetings

All are welcomed to attend.

Meetings are held the 1st Thursday of every month at 6:00PM in room H204. If, for any reason, school is not held on that 1st Thursday, the meeting will be held the following week. The meetings last about an hour and consist of reports from each committee chair, the Principal, Treasurer, Student and Teacher Rep and the President. This meeting is where decisions on how to allocate PTSO funds to the various budget items. The executive board plus committee chairs vote on all proposals.
